At RCCI Learn, we aim to provide high-quality educational training. Please review our refund policy before enrolling in any course.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if they are not satisfied with the course and have not completed a significant portion of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests may not be approved if:

• The student has completed a major portion of the course
• The refund request is made after the refund period
• Course materials have been fully accessed or downloaded

3. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method used during enrollment.

4. Course Cancellation

Royal Computer Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, students may receive a full refund or the option to enroll in another course.
